Your role includes:Program Oversight: Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of swim lessons from infants to squad level.Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a team of swim instructors, ensuring high morale and instructional excellence.Customer Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and the broader community.Business Development: Grow the swim school through innovation, community outreach, and service promotion.Financial Performance: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report results to senior management.Facility Operations: Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across the centre.Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all safety, child protection, and internal policy requirements.About You:You're a results-driven leader who brings both professionalism and passion to the role.
