The Role of a Service Technician
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficient and seamless flow of goods and people through the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment under the ASSA ABLOY PDS service portfolio.
Key tasks include conducting inspections and maintenance according to Australian standards, completing required paperwork to an acceptable quality standard, and liaising with customers and service coordinators to resolve any issues that may arise.
To be successful in this role, candidates must have knowledge of maintenance processes, geographic knowledge of the area, technical understanding of auto doors, and good digital competency.
