Redpath Partners are partnering with a well-capitalised, privately backed developer to appoint a Development Manager into their growing Sydney team. With a high-quality pipeline of luxury residential and mixed-use projects, this role offers the opportunity to work across design-led developments from early feasibility through to planning approvals and pre-construction.
The business is known for delivering premium product with a strong focus on design, detail and long-term value. With multiple projects progressing through early-stage planning and approvals, this is a genuine front-end role where you will be closely involved in shaping outcomes from inception.
This position will suit either a strong, experienced Assistant Development Manager ready to step up, or a Development Manager with strong exposure across feasibility, design coordination and approvals, who is looking to deepen their experience on high-end projects.
The Role
* Involved in feasibility and early-stage project strategy, supporting site positioning and development outcomes
* Drive design development, working closely with leading architects and consultants to deliver high‐quality, design‐led product
* Manage planning approvals, coordinating consultants through DA and pre‐construction phases
* Assist in financial analysis, feasibility modelling and ongoing project reporting
* Work closely with internal stakeholders across development, finance and delivery to align project objectives
* Support the transition of projects from front‐end through to delivery, ensuring strong foundations are set pre‐construction
