This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing organisation, supporting a high-performing finance team in a varied and hands-on transactional accounting role. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments and collections, and supporting the broader finance function with day-to-day transactional accounting duties. Your responsibilities will include: Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments Raise and issue customer invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with credit card and employee expense claim processing Support payroll administration (timesheets, data entry, reconciliations) Maintain and update financial records within the ERP/accounting system Assist with BAS preparation and other statutory reporting requirements Support month-end processes, including journals and accruals Monitor and review general ledger transactions Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders Provide general administrative support to the Finance team About You: Previous experience in a similar finance role within a medium to large organisation Strong attention to detail and time management skills High level of accuracy in data entry and reconciliations The ability to work both independently and collaboratively A proactive, can-do attitude Apply now or reach out to Lauren at ldaniels@fourquarters.com.au to discuss in more detail!
