Join our Housekeeping team as a Houseperson and play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and attention to detail. This position is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.
We are currently seeking team members who are available to work across a 7-day rotating roster, with shifts scheduled between:
• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 9:00pm
This role is offered on a casual basis, with up to 38 hours per week available. Candidates must hold full working rights in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards within allocated time
• Replenish amenities and report maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Uphold grooming and presentation standards
• Follow all housekeeping procedures and WH&S guidelines
• Communicate unusual or safety-related observations to supervisors
• Greet guests courteously and assist other departments when needed
• Attend training and departmental meetings
