**About the role**:
We're looking for our next superstar Sales Agents and Assistants to join The Eleet team.
- Sales Agents_
- First-class administration support, leaving you to list and sell
- On-going, regular training both internally and within the network
- Assistance in building your personal brand within the market
- Unlimited earning potential within the sales industry
- Sales Assistants_
- A real career path to becoming an agent in under 12 months
- Base salary, plus generous commissions
- Paid training
**About you**:
- A current Real Estate Certificate, or an Agent Representative Certificate, or willing to obtain one
- Own your own car and possess a current Victorian Drivers License
- Strong computer skills
- High proficiency using Word and Excel
- Knowledge of CRM is highly desirable
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- High standards of customer service
- Reliable, with excellent grooming and immaculate presentation
- Clear and precise communication with excellent people skills
- Possess a strong work ethic that garners results
- Have ambition and motivation to take your career to the next level
- Experience in sales and customer service
