Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal advice on statutory interpretation, regulatory obligations, and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including EPC and battery supply contracts, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, and employment contracts.
Partner with operational, commercial, and HR teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to identify, mitigate, and manage legal risks across the business.
Ensure statutory and contractual obligations are met, fostering a culture of compliance and governance.
Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including international teams, regulators, and industry partners.
About You
Minimum 10 years' post-admission legal experience, ideally gained in both a top-tier law firm and in-house.
Proven experience in the energy, renewables, or infrastructure sectors, with a solid background in EPC contracts and battery supply agreements.
Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial outcomes.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing competing priorities under time pressure.
Confident working independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary and global teams.
Mandarin language skills an advantage, but not required.
