Our leading Aviation client is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. The Senior Test Analyst will contribute to a significant HRIS and Payroll transformation project.
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will work with the business, stakeholders, vendors and other leaders to provide end-to-end testing activities across HR, Payroll and integrated downstream systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver end-to-end testing across HRIS and Payroll platforms, covering functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT phases.
* Define and maintain comprehensive test artefacts, including test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts aligned to project timelines and milestones.
* Review and interpret business and functional requirements to ensure complete and accurate test coverage.
* Validate payroll outcomes, including awards, entitlements, deductions, superannuation, taxation, and statutory obligations.
* Plan, coordinate, and support User Acceptance Testing in partnership with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders.
Experience Required
* Demonstrated experience as a Senior Test Analyst within HRIS and/or Payroll environments.
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and HR systems.
* Proven capability in testing complex integration’s and data flows across enterprise systems.
* Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and HP ALM.
* Highly developed analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
