About Everthought

The Role
Based primarily on campus, you will:
· Deliver engaging, supportive, and industry-relevant training in Certificate III in Carpentry
· Create a positive, learner-focused environment where students can thrive
· Assess learner competence fairly and accurately, providing constructive feedback
· Support students from diverse backgrounds to build skills and confidence
· Contribute your industry expertise to the ongoing development of training and assessment materials
· Maintain accurate training records and meet compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
· Carpentry trade qualification
· Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
· Strong communication and mentoring skills
· Commitment to delivering high-quality, learner-centred training
· Ability to work with culturally diverse learners
· Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
