Our client, Scientific organisation are seeking a technically minded and passionate customer service consultant to work in their Customer Care team!
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Dispatch Service Orders to engineers, scheduling and confirming bookings. 
- Ensures customer inquiries are escalated in accordance with the Service Level Agreements. 
- Daily invoicing and monitoring of revenue/credits. 
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to investigate outstanding invoices. 
- Communicating with and supporting functions of the Sales and Service teams 
- Support the overall team in both a service and administrative capacity. 
- Previous customer service experience 
- The ability to communicate at all levels both internal and external to the business 
- A results focused attitude with the ability to collaborate and work autonomously 
- The ability to pick up technical information quickly 
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced environment 
- Confident PC user, high level Word, Excel and Outlook (Salesforce experience will be highly regarded).
