Position Summary
Trinity College is currently seeking a Senior School Officer (Admin Support – Operations) to join the team. This role is operational and time‐critical, with peak demand at the start of each school day. The position is central to maintaining the structure and continuity of the College timetable and daily routines.
* Location: Trinity College – Beenleigh (S)
* Work hours: 25 hours per week | Monday to Friday: 6:30 am – 11:30 am
* Salary level: School Officer Level 4 – $36.98/hour
* Status: Term Time Fixed Term until the end of the 2026 school year | School holidays are unpaid

About the Opportunity
The Senior School Officer provides timely and accurate administrative support to ensure the effective daily functioning of the College. Reporting to the Business Manager, the role has a strong operational focus, managing staff absences, timetable variations and daily logistics through Web Daily Organiser (Timetabling Solutions), while supporting the College Leadership Team to maintain continuity of teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support and advice on a diverse range of matters.
* Develop and administer processes and procedures and respond to enquiries.
* Monitor service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies and standards.
* Facilitate work to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
* Supervise and train support staff as required, ensuring high standards of administrative support.
Qualifications and Experience
* Extensive administrative and operational support experience.
* Strong coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
* Experience advising on administrative tasks and processes, driving process improvements.
* Understanding of compliance within a school and delivering on relevant legislation, policy and procedures.
* Leadership experience supporting staff onboarding and providing effective training.
* Current First Aid Certificate.
* Not required to be Catholic.
Eligibility and Safeguarding
* Eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
* Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card before commencement.
