Katherine, NT are seeking an experienced Senior Emergency Medicine Doctor (FACEM/FACRRM preferred) for a 14–20 December 2025 locum placement.
The role is the KH Emergency Medical Coordinator, requiring:
* Advanced Specialist Training in ED, or ACEM Emergency Medicine Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent senior ED experience
* Experience supervising junior staff and functioning at a senior clinical level
* Competence managing paediatric/neonatal patients, including early resuscitation
* Independent management of Non Invasive Ventilation (NIV)
* Early management of critical care including peripheral vasopressor use (metaraminol) and arterial line insertion
Senior doctors with advanced ED skills will be considered.
This is a high value contract offering $3000/day plus flights, accommodation and car hire reimbursement.
