We want to meet you if you have these skills:
* Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
* Print and allocate online orders
* Process phone and email orders
* Make and dispatch gift hampers
* Assist with generating new sales/gift ideas
* Be responsible for tracking and following up any issues with gift deliveries
* Manage customer expectations
We are looking for a person who:
* Is enthusiastic, creative and innovative
* High level of empathy to deal with difficult customer situations while being confident in interactions
* Close attention to detail to accurately and efficiently complete tasks within set time frames
* Successfully works as part of a team and can also work independently under the direction of the business owner
The Essentials:
* Proven Customer Service Experience
* Demonstrated office administration experience
* Confidence to learn new systems quickly
* Experience with Excel and Word.
* Available to work Monday to Friday with flexibility on start/finish times
* Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift and lift more than 5kg
* Demonstrated high levels of enthusiasm, creativity, innovation and flexibility in previous work roles
