About the Role
This is a dynamic front-of-house and administrative position that keeps the office running smoothly and supports both the Sales and Property Management teams.
Key duties include:
Welcoming clients and answering all incoming calls
Providing administrative support to the sales team and property managers
Diary and database management
Organising marketing material, floor plans, and photographers
Overseeing the agency's social media and online presence
General office duties – mail, filing, banking, etc.
This is a Monday to Friday position – no weekends required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and professionalism – you'll be the first point of contact
A self-starter attitude with a keen interest in the real estate industry
The ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile
