We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Sales Coordinator you will provide administrative and operational support to the National Sales Manager and the nationally based sales team. The role ensures smooth end to end coordination of sales orders, installations, and inventory management, working closely with the Services and Finance teams, as well as external body builders and truck houses. Operating with high attention to detail, you will ensure accurate reporting, timely invoicing, and efficient workflow across the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and process sales orders, product allocations, conversions, pro forma, and invoices in SAP.
* Prepare order books, cost reports, stock reports, and WIP updates in line with monthly and weekly cycles.
* Coordinate all installation purchase orders and parts.
* Support warranty and handover administration.
* Support inventory allocation in collaboration with the Finance team.
* Deliver daily WIP reporting to Sales and Finance.
* Prepare and distribute accurate weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports across SAP and Salesforce.
* Ensure all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Accuracy of Reporting: accuracy across WIP, order books, dashboards, and cost/stock reports.
* Timeliness: All reporting deadlines met (daily, weekly, and monthly).
* Order Processing Efficiency: Orders, allocations, and invoices processed within required SLAs.
* Inventory & Installation Coordination: Minimal delays due to administrative or allocation errors.
* Compliance: Adherence to internal processes, systems, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or equivalent (preferred).
* Training in SAP and Salesforce highly desirable.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales administration, order processing, or operations support role.
Skills and Competencies:
* High attention to detail with strong data accuracy skills.
* Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, reporting tools).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external liaison.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
