Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain effective relationships with Sales and Distribution staff, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth settlement processing and meet customer needs.
* Problem-Solving: Identify and recommend alternative solutions based on changing customer or business requirements.
* Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service and support, meeting their expectations and needs.
* Risk Management: Collaborate with risk partners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and minimize potential risks.
Requirements:
* Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, banking, legal, or conveyancing environment.
* Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on customer needs.
* Technical Knowledge: Have knowledge and experience of security documentation, financial analysis, or computer skills in Microsoft applications and business systems.
* Proactivity: Demonstrate a proactive approach to identify customers' needs and provide outstanding support.
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team environment, balancing and prioritizing own work with that of the team's priorities.
