Job Description

Start ASAP | 6 months, with potential of extension HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced ASO3 Level Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative support within a dynamic South Australian Government program focused on early childhood development. Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team Manage shared inboxes, calendars, and meeting logistics Assist with workflow coordination, approvals, and routine processes

Maintain accurate records, registers, and documentation Prepare and update correspondence, documents, and basic reports Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support day-to-day operations

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and record-keeping requirements About You

Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment Previous experience working within a government department or agency Strong organisational and time-management skills, including diary and meeting coordination

Experience managing shared inboxes and handling stakeholder enquiries Well-developed written communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a team

Confidence working with a range of internal and external stakeholders Experience using Objective is beneficial Mandatory:

Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 2 years) Current Working
