Service Development Opportunity

The role of Sales Development Partner plays a key part in linking people to services that support them in achieving their goals.

This position works collaboratively with local teams to grow awareness and reputation for the organisation in the community.

By understanding the needs of the community, the Sales Development Partner will generate demand for services and support new customers through the enquiry and sign up process.

This role is business focused, looking for opportunities to sell services across the region and maintaining a consistent approach to achieving targets while ensuring customers are properly engaged and supported.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sign new customers efficiently by managing new leads and collaborating with service coordinators, leading to timely and seamless customer onboarding.
2. Enhance customer satisfaction and service expansion by identifying and addressing unmet service needs within existing customers.
3. Establish a strong market presence by building and maintaining relationships, contributing to increased brand recognition and customer referrals.
4. Drive regional growth and demand generation by contributing to a sales plan that increases visibility and directly leads to an increase in service demand.
5. Increase customer engagement and leads by coordinating the organisation's presence at events, leading to new customer connections and expanded referral networks.
6. Generate new business leads by establishing partnerships that raise awareness of the organisation, resulting in a steady flow of new prospects.
7. Create a continuous stream of referrals by developing and executing a targeted outreach strategy to referrers.
8. Deliver comprehensive customer support by building an understanding of the organisation's services and support needs, leading to more informed customer interactions.
9. Maximise sales impact by collaborating with internal teams to create and implement sales campaigns, resulting in successful lead generation and stronger referrer networks.
10. Meet or exceed business development targets by providing accurate and timely reporting.
11. Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance by adhering to safety procedures and standards.
12. Build a culturally inclusive customer base by being attuned to the unique needs of customers from diverse backgrounds.
