As we embark on an exciting phase of growth nationwide, we're looking for a driven Technical Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and help expand our market presence in Western Australia.
What You'll Do
As our Technical Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting customers with Pneutech's premium products and tailored solutions. You will leverage our extensive portfolio of market‑leading technologies to solve complex customer challenges, identify new sales opportunities, and build lasting relationships. Your ability to understand customer pain points and recommend innovative, cost‑effective solutions will set you apart.
You'll engage with decision‑makers at all levels – from senior executives to plant managers and line operators – seamlessly navigating between strategic discussions and on‑the‑ground operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate and expand strong customer relationships while proactively pursuing new business opportunities
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
* Develop expert knowledge of Pneutech's products and their unique value propositions
* Deliver compelling product presentations using demos, samples, and animations to showcase our technology
* Uphold Pneutech's brand values and adhere to company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record and expertise in each of the following areas:
* 10+ years' experience in sales within automation, manufacturing, machinery, or processing industries
* Strong commercial acumen
* Confident, polished presentation and communication skills
* Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems
