* Maintaining records, updating SOPs, and managing customer information efficiently
The Ideal Candidate:
* Candidate should have customer service experience, effective time management skills, and analytical thinking
* Analytical thinker with accurate data entry skills and knowledge of the Distribution and Supply Chain Environment
* Able to multitask effectively and undertake various assigned tasks
* High computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
