Aboriginal Senior Client Service Officer

* You will provide tailored advice and support across tenancy, housing and property management services.
* As an Aboriginal Senior Client service Officer, you will work collaboratively with client's, internal staff and external providers to ensure culturally responsive and effective service delivery.
* You'll be part of a community focused team, working to support stronger, more inclusive housing outcomes and improved pathways for sustainable living.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide advice to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and their advocates to navigate complex housing needs.
2. Deliver support in line with eligibility, client's needs, and relevant legislation, policy and procedures.
3. Cultivate partnerships with internal teams and external service providers to address complex client needs and deliver integrated services.
4. Manage tenancy issues and neighbourhood disputes; represent Housing NSW at the NCAT.
5. Develop skills in assessing and managing clients, including those with complex needs.
6. Optimise asset and business performance by managing key client processes and systems.
7. Ensure timely completion and compliance with current policy by managing client accounts and overseeing rental subsidies.
8. Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of client information.
