As part of the Gold Fields Graduate Program, you will complete rotations across four sites over a two-year period, including Agnew, Granny Smith, Gruyere, St Ives, and (where relevant) the Perth office. Throughout the program, you'll work alongside members of our highly experienced technical team, gaining hands‐on exposure to the gold mining environment. You'll develop and demonstrate a set of core competencies, ensuring well‐rounded capability across all key areas. This program offers genuine, real‐world mining experience and the opportunity to see how your foundational university studies translate into practice.

Skills & Qualifications
* Completed your Tertiary Qualification in Control & Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or similar by end 2026.
* Vacation experience in a mining environment is ideal, but not essential.
About the Role
* Strengthen the Asset Optimisation capability in advanced operational analytics to embed data driven decision making across our assets,
* Provide analytical support to operational leaders by assisting with the identification and removal of constraints, and,
* Progressively develop predictive and prescriptive models to improve asset performance.
