We are looking for a Strategic IT Risk Leader to oversee client engagements and manage teams in delivering information technology control audits. This role involves leading audits and assessments of IT processes against leading practice frameworks, managing teams to deliver IT assurance/audit engagements, evaluating the design and effectiveness of IT controls, and establishing audit objectives. You will also be responsible for designing and testing audit processes, conducting audits of client's accounting systems, and presenting findings to Senior Management and Audit Committees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Audit and Assess IT Processes: Lead audits and assessments of IT processes against leading practice frameworks (e.g., CoBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001).
* Manage IT Assurance/Audit Engagements: Manage teams to deliver IT assurance/audit engagements, evaluating the design and effectiveness of IT controls supporting external financial reporting.
* Establish Audit Objectives: Establish audit objectives, design and test audit processes, and conduct audits of client's accounting systems and key applications.
What We Look For:
We are looking for a skilled IT professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related discipline, preferably with certifications like CPA, CISA, CA, CIA, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, CIPP. Experience with audit engagements like External IT Audits, IT General Controls, SOC 1-3, SOX, GS007, or ASAE Audits is essential. A passion for emerging technologies and advising clients on managing IT risks and performance is also required.
