Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Personal Cruise Consultant to join our Seabourn team in a fully remote role.
You'll engage with new and existing guests, understand their travel needs, and guide them through our luxury cruise offerings—turning interest into confirmed bookings. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll manage your own pipeline, follow up leads, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate bookings and meet sales targets
* Manage and follow up on leads, maintaining a strong and organised sales pipeline
* Deliver exceptional customer service, recommending the right cruise to suit each guest's needs
* Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
* Use effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and experiences
* Accurately manage bookings and maintain up-to-date customer records in systems
* Apply brand messaging and promotions to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction
* Contribute ideas to improve processes and overall team performance
* Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
About You
You will have hands‐on experience making outbound calls to drive customer sales, with a flair for customer service. You are passionate about sales and customer experience, with a background or strong interest in travel and tourism.
You're confident building strong relationships over the phone, nurturing loyal and long‐term guest connections. You are driven, focused, and motivated to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional end‐to‐end service. Your outgoing personality and willingness to roll up your sleeves will set you apart.
To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate:
* 2+ years' experience as a Personal Cruise Consultant or in a Contact Centre Sales or similar sales role
* Proven customer service and sales experience, including achieving/exceeding targets
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
* Confidence using MS Office and booking systems
* Strong attention to detail and administration skills
