About the role:
You'll join us as a Customer Operations apprentice, gaining knowledge of our business functions and supporting commercial operations with day-to-day activities, securing value for all Drax business units, customers, and partnerships.
Throughout the rotational programme, you'll work flexibly as part of a team, aiding the completion of tasks covering various skill sets, and providing a positive contribution to each team. You'll have opportunities to learn new skills in areas like Service, Metering, and Credit, developing behaviours such as stakeholder management and project management.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need good communication skills, both verbal and written, and be a team player who can build effective relationships. Self-motivation, flexibility, and a willingness to learn are essential, along with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft products.
