About the role
This active role is ideally suitable for an experienced Store Manager/ 2IC with a passion for fair leadership, team development and customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of our concessions located in Adelaide.
* Recruit, train, and lead a positive and dynamic team.
* Maintain outstanding merchandising disciplines.
* Manage stock levels and rotations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
Skills and experience
* Previous experience as a Store Manager/ 2IC in the Retail or hospitality industry.
* Competent understanding in all areas of the day-day running of a retail business.
* Strong negotiating, problem solving and conflict management skills.
* Strong delegation and lead by example skills.
* Sound knowledge of OH & S regulations.
