HR Business Partner – Amazon

Description
We need more brilliant, human-centred thinkers to help us strategise, implement and maintain our next set of Human Resources initiatives.
As an HR Business Partner you will support our Fulfilment Centre Operations teams – part of our wider Operations in the region.
Your role will be the driving force behind all associated HR programs and initiatives, helping maximise employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive gathering of data from appropriate sources
In-depth root cause analysis
Consistent reference to long-term plans and goals
Followed up by decisive and confident action
Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with works councils
Coaching and mentoring leaders across the Ravenhall Fulfillment Center teams
Maintain emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices, to be shared with other Fulfillment Center teams and Amazon's Finance and Payroll departments
Develop innovative, user-friendly shift models alongside creative, flexible working time models
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of HR work within an international, fast-paced, and customer-driven environment
Knowledge of local labor law
Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment
Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
Experience supporting hourly employee client group
Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources Management
Experience in human resources with companies supporting ******* or more associates
Experience managing and leading employees
