We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on customer service/warehouse professional to join our team in Newman WA, as a Site Facilitator.
Join our Inventory Solutions team in this permanent full-time opportunity. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to all our valued customers, contributing to our team's success and growth
What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide face-to-face customer support at customer sites
* Travelling to multiple customer sites to replenish vending machines
* Maintaining close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met
* Undertake stocktakes in accordance with company requirements
* Strict adherence to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring:
* Customer Service or Retail experience with warehousing knowledge an advantage
* A very strong commitment to safety
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
* Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
* Strict adherence to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures.
* You must have a current and valid manual driver's vehicle license
