Located in the heart of Prahran, Rossi combines Neapolitan style pizza and pasta with late night cocktails and carefully curated music to create a truly immersive dining experience.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience with hand stretched dough, fresh toppings, and wood-fired ovens.
* Ability to manage heat and timing of a wood-fired oven
