Compliance Training Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Compliance Training Manager to join our Global Risk Training Team in Sydney. The role plays a key part in driving divisional efficiency and effectiveness through learning and development, as well as Macquarie-wide risk training.

About the Role
You will collaborate closely with regional counterparts and the Global Head of Risk Training to develop and implement the Global Risk Training Program.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Project management lifecycle for risk training, including stakeholder consultations, program design, content creation, record-keeping, and data & analytics analysis for delivered training modules.
* Cultivating and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships to foster risk maturity within the Group.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
* Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering mandatory risk & compliance training, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
* Proven capability in maintaining and executing a training plan, developing training materials, and analyzing feedback and data for continuous improvement.
* Experience in designing eLearning modules and using design tools such as Articulate.
* Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and influence outcomes.
* Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
