About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support a manufacturing environment based in Korumburra, Victoria. This role will see you leading daily maintenance activities, assigning work, supporting maintenance staff and helping reduce equipment downtime through strong coordination, safe work practices and responsive maintenance support. A local candidate would be ideal, or someone able to drive in and out. FIFO is not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Assign daily tasks to maintenance staff
* Evaluate performance and provide training, support and mentorship
* Have input into and implement maintenance schedules to help prevent equipment downtime
* Respond quickly to ad‐hoc repair requests
* Ensure all work adheres to OH&S regulations, building codes and company policies
* Monitor spare parts inventory and order tools as required
* Oversee vendor and contractor relationships
* Coordinate across production, safety, administration and other departments to minimise disruptions
* Report progress, delays and issues back to upper management
About You
You will be an experienced maintenance leader with the ability to coordinate people, priorities and repairs in a live manufacturing environment.
You Will Bring
* Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar leadership role
* Experience supporting maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of OH&S requirements, building codes and company policy complianceAbility to assign work, monitor performance and support maintenance staff
* Strong coordination skills across maintenance, production, safety and administration teams
* Ability to manage competing priorities and respond to urgent repair requirements
* Confidence reporting progress, delays and issues to upper management
* Ability to work locally in Korumburra or drive in and out
* Must have the right to work in Australia
