We have a diverse workforce delivering modern hot water, steam and furnace engineering solutions and services to industrial and commercial businesses across Australia.
We provideSolution and Energy Efficiency Consulting,System Design,andProject Managementcovering EPC as well as maintenance across all elements ofsteam and hot water infrastructure.
We also deliverspecialist industry trainingto upskill operators and technicians in organisations that have boiler solutions.
The Job
TheSales lifecycleat O'Brien is aconsultative processand contributions and support come from all areas of the business starting with the Directors through to Managers and our specialists.
This role supports our clients to help them understandhow we can assist themin achieving improved efficiency, productivity and environmental outcomes that are great for their business and the wider community.
This role also works closely with colleagues in Projects, Engineering, Service & Maintenance, Energy Efficiency Consulting, and Finance to:
Drive methodical and structured Sales process
Manage and contribute to proposals and pricing
Continuously improving our sales management standards, practices, and principles
Monitor and analyse market trends and develop effective strategies for these
Build and maintain long-term mutually beneficial relationships with our clients
This position is based in the office atPrestons, NSWwhich has onsite parking, and modern facilities.
You willreport to our Chief Sales Officerand work closely with the executive leadership team.
The Requirement
We are looking for an energetic individual with drive who likes to make a difference and is passionate about consultative solution sales.
You will need to be driven and have initiative and confidence.
Having a go and believing that anything is possible is essential.
To be successful in this position you will need:
B2B Solution Salesexperience ideally in anengineering or technical services environment
Qualifications inMechanical Engineering, a trade or aligned experience will be useful
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Intra and interstate travel with overnight stays on occasion will be required so you will need a valid driver's license
