Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is a well-established Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation, supporting the Broome community for over 40 years.
We deliver holistic, culturally safe primary healthcare, aged care, and community programs across the Kimberley, working through multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes and wellbeing across the lifespan.

We are recruiting for two full-time positions:

* Support participants to implement their NDIS plans
* Build service connections and reduce everyday barriers
* Strengthen participant choice, control, and independence
* Lead coordination for participants with high or complex needs
* Manage cross-agency responses and risk-based situations
* Focus on participant safety, stability, and long-term outcomes

Qualifications
* Support Coordinator: Certificate or Diploma in Community Services, Disability, Mental Health or similar
* Specialist Support Coordinator: Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health or related discipline
