About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will report to the Care Manager and be responsible for delivering and managing care needs of residents, leading a multidisciplinary team, and recording accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and manage high-quality care needs of residents with empathy and dignity
* Lead and direct healthcare professionals in day-to-day activities for residents
* Support facility management objectives by working closely with the Residential Manager/Care Manager
* Record accurate medical records according to documentation guidelines
Requirements
* Current Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration with the relevant authorities
* Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
* Passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
