Key Duties
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations and accounts using the park booking system, completing day-to-day office administration tasks, cleaning and preparing guest accommodations and communal areas.
* Provide high standards of customer care
* Accurately use the booking system to make bookings and manage accounts
* Complete various administrative tasks in a timely manner
* Clean and prepare guest rooms and shared spaces
Responsibilities may also include working efficiently and independently, delivering a positive guest experience and meeting business needs.

What We Seek
To be successful in this position you will have:
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
* Previous housekeeping experience
* Ability to work efficiently and independently
* Passionate about delivering an exceptional Guest experience
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A fun and enthusiastic personality
* Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster including weekends
* Current drivers licence essential
