Job Description:
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the success of the Operations team by providing administrative support to leaders and operations-focused team members. This includes coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of activities, managing data accuracy, receipting and invoicing with attention to detail, and supporting a fast-paced environment with strong time management and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent time management, communication skills, and attention to detail. You will also need the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Additionally, familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is desirable, as is knowledge of Dynamics 365.
