About the RoleDuring a time of exciting transformation, there is an opportunity for a Treatment Room Team Leader to join our busy practice in Ballarat. This practice caters to its community and patients with a wide array of onsite services.
In this role you will:
Conduct a range of clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations
Assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and managing treatment room staff performance
Build supportive relationships with patients to create ease prior to procedures or treatments
Triage patients and assist HCPs in procedures
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are known and followed
About YouYou're more than your qualifications—you're passionate about healthcare, teamwork, and making a difference. As a Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute care, you'll bring both clinical expertise and the soft skills that set great leaders apart: empathy, adaptability, and strong communication.
Prior team leadership experience is valued, though we'll support you to grow into leadership if you're ready to take that next step
You'll bring initiative and sound decision-making skills while working independently
You'll foster an inclusive and collaborative culture within the treatment room team
