Early Childhood Educator Wanted at a Purpose-Built Centre
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindy room. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring our educators, as well as developing and implementing educational programs that foster a lifelong love of learning.
Your primary focus will be on creating a stimulating and engaging environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and grow. You will work closely with our centre's leadership team to ensure that our programs align with the National Quality Standards and meet the unique needs of each child.
Requirements:
* An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
* Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable)
* A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
* A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
