We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Front Desk & Retail Dive Professional. This role is ideal for an individual who has a passion for delivering top-notch service, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a dynamic team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers and providing exceptional service at our retail office, handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth, managing bookings for snorkel and dive tours, supporting day-to-day retail sales, and assisting on trips as a Divemaster or Instructor. Additionally, they will be responsible for general administration and office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Requirements:
* Certified PADI Divemaster or Instructor (SSI DM also considered)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A calm, flexible multitasker with a proactive attitude
* A team player who thrives in a busy, customer-facing environment
* Previous experience in tourism, retail or bookings is highly desirable
