We are currently seeking a skilled IT professional to provide on-site and on-call assistance within our desktop computing environment.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Supporting clients with timely and professional IT issue resolution.
* Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer service standards.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Experience managing iOS and Android devices via Microsoft Intune.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Server 2012 and 2016 administration.
* Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration.
* Ability to manage Konica Minolta printers via YSOFT and troubleshoot printer issues.
* Familiarity with:
o Active Directory
o Exchange
o Apple OS
o SCCM
**Qualifications and Certifications:**
* At least two of the following:
o PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification
o CompTIA A+ Certification
o Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
o Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
**Requirements and Expectations:**
* 5+ years of relevant experience required.
