Based at our Townsville branch and reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our containers and equipment moving, coordinating transport, tracking stock and ensuring deliveries reach customers on time and ready to go.

What You'll Do
* Coordinate container movements between the branch, customer sites and third‐party depots
* Liaise with transport providers and internal teams
* Manage transport documentation and system records
* Track stock movements and daily reporting
* Assist with branch stock takes and inventory control
What You Bring
* Experience in administration, logistics or customer service (2+ years preferred)
* Solid Excel, Word and Outlook skills
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
* Clear communication and strong organisation skills
* A proactive can‐do attitude and willingness to learn
