Purpose of role and reporting
The purpose of the role is to build the capacity of Bush AgriBusiness through the effective delivery of services to clients. This role will provide an opportunity for an emerging professional advisor to the northern Pastoral industry to work with leading beef producers and on exciting and innovative projects. The position reports to the Managing Director.

Selection criteria
* Degree qualification in agricultural business, economics, science or similar discipline
* Understanding of an experience in pastoral production systems
* Well‐developed critical thinking skills and an enquiring mind
* Effectiveness in communicating and building rapport with primary producers
* A high level of personal and professional integrity
* Initiative and the ability to work autonomously, whilst being a team player
* Ability to travel and see a lot of regional Australia
* Eagerness to contribute to, and learn from, well managed pastoral businesses
