Double Zero Robina is expanding our kitchen team and we're looking for an experienced Pizza Chef who takes pride in quality, consistency, and genuine Italian technique. POSITION DESCRIPTION
* Prepare and cook high‐quality pizzas to Double Zero standards
* Minimum 1+ years of pizza chef experience required
* Manage dough preparation, stretching, topping, and cooking with speed and accuracy
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation at all times
* Assist with stock rotation, prep lists, and daily kitchen tasks
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front‐of‐house teams during busy service
* Uphold food safety and hygiene requirements
* Food Handler Certificate required
* Contribute to a positive, fun, and professional team culture
Valid work visa or Australian work rights required for this position
SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential
* Proven experience as a pizza chef
* Confident with dough handling, stretching, and fast‐paced service
* Ability to work 30–38 hours across weekdays and weekends
* Current Australian work rights (citizen, PR, or valid visa)
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
Desirable
* Experience in Italian restaurants or high‐volume service
* Knowledge of traditional Italian ingredients and techniques
* Ability to assist with broader kitchen prep when required
* Interest in contributing to menu specials or seasonal ideas
