What You'll Be Doing
* Reviewing plans and variations to prepare accurate quotes and cost proposals
* Working with Sales and Drafting to ensure pricing is sharp, competitive and aligned with the client's needs
* Staying across market trends and competitor pricing to support strong decision‐making
* Identifying smart cost‐saving opportunities that never compromise quality
* Updating and maintaining our Base Price Book and Variation Price Book
What You Bring
* 3+ years of experience as a Sales Estimator or Production Estimator in residential construction
* Strong Databuild skills and advanced Excel capability
* Solid understanding of residential building standards, methods and workflows
* Ability to turn data into accurate cost estimates, budgets and clear explanations
* Confident communication, strong problem‐solving ability and a steady approach
* Comfortable juggling multiple requests in a fast‐paced environment
