Job Summary
This is a senior role that oversees the development of competency frameworks, training standards, and programs aligned with industry standards and organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive competency frameworks to establish clear training standards against technical competencies.
* Lead a team of specialists delivering Certificate III and IV in Telecommunications and bespoke NBN technical content.
* Ensure training programs are aligned with industry standards and evolving organisational needs.
* Lead cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and contracted field workforces, and drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain familiarity with current telecommunications technologies and nbn's workforce systems; communicate effectively and lead through change.
