Service Support Coordinator
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual to fill the role of Service Support Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
* Assist supervisors in managing staff schedules and run sheets
* Evaluate and compile testing records for accurate assessment
* Efficiently manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing timely responses to clients
* Coordinate Simpro completion and preparation for invoicing
* Manage office supplies and maintain a well-stocked inventory
* Liaise effectively with company managers to ensure smooth communication
* Deliver an outstanding level of service to our diverse clientele

* Prior administrative experience is a mandatory requirement
* Demonstrated experience with Simpro software is essential
* Previous experience with Xero and Employment Hero is highly desirable
* Highest attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with excellent organisational skills, are crucial for this role
