The Role
This is a new opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate (3+ years' PQE) to join our growing and highly regarded Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Perth.
Responsibilities
Manage litigation files including discovery, evidence preparation, and court documentation
Draft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and legal advice
Advise on contractual disputes, director duties, and debt recovery
Assist with restructuring transactions, voluntary administrations, and enforcement actionsAppr?
Appear in court for procedural hearings and support senior counsel
Collaborate with senior lawyers and contribute to case strategy
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' PQE from a reputable commercial litigation practice and firm.
You are a commercially minded lawyer who has strong drafting and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to solving legal problems.
You're confident working independently, but also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Your communication skills allow you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike, and you're motivated to grow your expertise in complex disputes and litigation matters.
