- **About the Organization**_
- Performing as a generalist HR professional and HRBP, you will support business needs and goals, including recruitment, conditions of employment, compensation planning, benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS and payroll partnership, learning & development, performance management, compliance and more. You'll need excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, organization and planning ability and the agility to function in a fast paced, purpose driven and innovative environment._
- **About the Position**:_
- **Experience : 2 to 5 Years. Relevant Experience in HRBP: 1+ Years.**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Perform Talent Management activities, collaborating with business leaders, managers and HR colleagues through the employee lifecycle, such as: workforce planning, recruiting, new employee orientation, onboarding, coaching, goal setting, performance management, development, employee relations, exit interviews, off boarding and more._
- _In accordance with global and local practices, administer employee benefit and compensation schemes. Build & maintain relationships with 3rd party benefit providers._
- _Maintain HRIS, collate and submit details of fixed and variable data for payroll in a timely manner, collate and supply data for reporting and analysis purposes._
- _Lead and/or collaborate on projects such as employee engagement and well-being, community involvement and support, attracting and retaining employees to name a few._
- _Maintain and protect information to safeguard confidentiality, integrity and availability, including GDPR compliance._
- _Drive own professional development, seeking knowledge and insight, staying current with changes in HR industry and Itron's business (maintaining an understanding of essential employment laws and employee life cycle processes)._
- **Key Skills**:_
- _An understanding of the essentials of employment law and the employee life cycle processes._
- _Excellent communication and influencing skills, known as a trusted advisor and coach for all levels of the organization._
- _Proven ability to pre-emptively diagnose problems, see process improvement opportunities, identify, and drive appropriate solutions, overcome barriers and execute in a collaborative manner._

- _Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plus HR systems & software, such as PeopleSoft and Taleo_

- **Education/Qualifications**:_
- _Bachelors degree HR or related discipline_
- _HR accreditation preferred_
- _Good HR generalist and HRBP experience, preferably in a multi-national company_
