Claims Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with clients to resolve their issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage claims from initial notification to closure, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
* Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless claim processing.
* Analyze and assess damage or loss, making recommendations for repair or replacement as necessary.
* Conduct site inspections and investigations to determine cause and extent of damage or loss.
* Prepare and submit reports, including detailed accounts of findings and recommended actions.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective claims handling strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as insurance, risk management, or business administration.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in claims management, preferably in the insurance industry.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with industry software and technology, including claims management systems.
