* Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
About You
As a dedicated professional, you bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a positive impact. With experience or passion for employment services, you are confident in supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into fulfilling careers.
Essential Criteria
* Hold qualifications in Employment or Human Services.
* Demonstrate proven ability to meet performance indicators and manage workload effectively.
* Display a strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
* Show expertise in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
* Exhibit excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
